This total home refurbishment and extension by K Rundell Builders, Norfolk has now been completed and to the highest standard as always. The clients wanted a modern looking home to attract potential buyers and this is what the K Rundell team have achieved. The team at K Rundell have worked hard stripping out this property to create a shell which from there has been developed into what will be a wonderful home.
This is the kitchen which has a big open plan space to the left for entertaining or creating a living area/ dining area. The clients are selling this property and so the choice of how to utilise this lovely bright and airy space will be down to their preference. This section of the home refurbishment has been created by knocking through lots of little rooms which comprised this property to create this one big open plan living space.
Here we have the bathroom and the ensuite to one of the bedrooms. The bathroom has been created with soft lighting and comprises of a bath tub. The en suite has a shower room instead of a bath tub to help gain extra space within the bathroom and the bedroom. Both of these rooms have been completed to K Rundell’s usual high standard and we are very pleased that our clients are also happy with the finished result.

The K Rundell team have built up this area and put in French doors which allows access and lots of light into the open plan kitchen/ living space. The cladding and render colour choices have given a nice contrast and complement each other well.
A nice feature of a bay window has been added in which adds to the overall look of the back extension. All of the guttering and pipes match the cladding to give a uniform finish and look to the property.
